3D Real-time Server Health
Server farm view of database instance alerts, SQL wait time, I/O wait time, blocked time and performance. View 300+ monitored database instances simultaneously
In one convenient graph view a recap of all database instances alerts, SQL wait time, I/O wait time, blocked time and performance. Know in a glance the performance of every database instance in the server farm. Each database instance is summarized by line. View all 300+ monitored database instances simultaneously. Any table column may be clicked on to rank the database instances by any metric. e.g. SQL wait time, I/O wait time, CPU queue length, outstanding database alerts, batches/sec, etc. The '# SQL Issues' column summarizes SQL statements having a high wait time, table scans, missing indexes, no column statistics, an unoptimized SQL plan and more. Move the mouse over any table cell and a popup datatip explains the database instance's outstanding alerts and performance. Refer to APOLLO1's 'SQL Wait Time' in the chart on the left (click on the chart to view it in full screen mode). Double click on any database instance row to drill into its performance.

Fifteen SQL Server licenses: $15,000 or $1,000 per license.

Index fragmentation Rule Wizard
Index fragmentation Rule Wizard allows index fragmentation rules and schedules to be easily setup and reviewed at any time. Fragmentation analysis may be scheduled to occur daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/re-occurring time interval/specific days of the week/manually based upon the user settable server resource thresholds. E.g. Between midnight and 4 am when database instance CPU usage < 10%, total server CPU usage < 15%, memory usage is < 60%, there are < 5 user sessions logged in, there are < 5 active sessions running, specific jobs are not running (e.g. backups and restores) and more. Index fragmentation analysis may be specified to occur at the server, database, table, index or index partition level on a one time or reoccurring basis based on the level of existing index fragmentation or page space used.

Server Health Tree
Server Farm Health Tree
Contains the main navigation tree for all monitored database servers. Database server health issues are updated on a real-time basis. Server farm trees for all performance issues or trees specific to only SQL Agent jobs may be viewed in real-time. You can drill down into a server's peformance from a server farm tree. Server farm trees can be minimized when viewing the performance of servers.

Double click on a graph point and all of the server's current plus most recent SQL activity (using ZERO impact SQL capture architecture) with its performance will be displayed.
Monitor Server Performance Counters
When CPU or disk utilization of the database server is high, CPU or disk queue is long, SQL re-compilations are excessive, table scans are occurring, page splits are frequent, or any Windows performance counter value is high; you can immediately reconstruct and view the exact SQL that ran during the time period when any performance counter metric was poor. Double click on any graphed performance counter and the corresponding SQL statements that ran will be graphed!
SQL Monitoring - 24x7 with Zero Impact
SQL Monitoring - 24x7 with Zero Impact
Real time capture and monitoring of 100% of the SQL activity with ZERO impact - includes complete SQL text and .NET bind variables. Since 80% of all database performance issues are related to poor performing SQL, the ability to pinpoint the poor performing SQL is crucial. The monitoring component should be installed on the database server host. Then it can non-intrusively capture/monitor 100% of the SQL activity 24x7. This is very valuable. Double click on any graphed SQL statement and the corresponding performance counters will be graphed for the time period the SQL statement ran over!
SQL Monitoring - Embedded in Stored Procedures
SQL Monitoring - Embedded in Stored Procedures
Stealth architecture captures and monitors the SQL statement performance of poor performing SQL statements in embedded stored procedures and triggers.
SQL Filtering
SQL Filtering and Reconstruction
Filter, exclude or include SQL statements by time, end user or database server response time, network time, rows returned, login id, application, database, server, client IP address, process id, errors, key words in SQL statement text and more.
Top N Sql Analysis
Be informed of the SQL (plus stored procedures and packages) that execute most frequently and use the most resources (with Zero Impact). Pinpoint the SQL statements and stored procedures whose average end-user response time and performance falls before a daily, monthly or quarterly moving average. Tracks the performance of the 2K to 4K unique SQL statements that run on a server. Ad hoc Top N SQL Analysis over any prior time period (e.g. the SQL activity from 4 hours ago) pinpoints SQL performance issues when server performance was poor.

SQL Agent Job Monitoring
View all in progress SQL Agent jobs in your server farm from your web browser. View job and job step historical performance for any subset of the server farm over any prior time period. Be alerted to short and long running jobs plus job failures , cancels and retrys. End of report summarizes job baseline performance issues, failures, cancels and retrys. Product automatically alerts you to server farm jobs or job steps that run 30% longer than their average run time.
End User Experience Monitoring
Track the actual response time an end user receives by their login id. Real-time alerts may be sent when an end-user's average response time (or their SQL statement response time) exceeds a threshold. End User Experience baseline analysis identifies the end-users experiencing a response time poorer than prior baseline time periods.
